The PTC ( 5k psi ) water injection check valves used to provide well integrity in WI wells where the SCSSSV has failed. The valve can also be used as an isolation valve between reservoir zones. They are uniquely designed, wireline or coiled tubing retrievable, spring activated valves. They provide a true metal-to-metal high pressure seal and an elastomeric low pressure sealing.

 

With a high flow area and manufactured in K-500 Monel material, they are highly resistant to erosion and corrosion.
