Our track record for production optimisation includes various examples of where well performance has improved following the installation of our gas lift valves.

The biggest impact our valves deliver with regard to production optimisation is the reduced potential for   multi-pointing due to unloading valves passing gas. This happens because of the poor reliability / durability of the unloading valve bellows and seal faces.

PTC unloading valve bellows have been tested up to 35000 cycles and the unloading valve seal faces are uniquely designed to be erosion resistant.

Consequently our valves are much less likely to fail in service.

As a result, multi-pointing and sub optimal gas lift is much less of a concern where PTC valves are specified.
